Free Stroller Rentals
We provide free stroller rentals so that even our customers with small children can have a relaxing and enjoyable time shopping and eating.
* A 1,000 yen deposit will be collected when renting strollers and returned when strollers are brought back.
* Child size and weight limits for our strollers are 24 months and 15 kg.
AED (automated external defibrillator)
We provide an AED at the information counter inside the atrium.
Money Changer
Available if you need to exchange bills.
Free Wheelchair Rentals
Wheelchairs can be rented from the information counter.
Flight Information
Customers with a flight to catch may check arrival and departure times here.
We provide three ATMs at Rera.
- Hokkaido Bank ATM: until 7pm (located inside the Rera dome)
- Seven Bank ATM: until 7pm (located inside the Rera atrium)
- You can use TAIWANESE CARD at this ATM. : until 7pm (located inside the Rera atrium)
You can use your card at SEVEN BANK ATMs!

Rera provides a dog run so your pet can have a place to exercise freely.
